To RSVP for the reunion banquet complete the form located on the RSVP-Banquet tab. Once you have completed your RSVP return to this page for instructions for paying by check or to make your payment with a credit card.
Check payment - mail a check for $90/person made out to "Marilyn Smith" and send it to her address at 1908 Clarks Glen Place, Vienna, VA 22182. After you mail your check, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org saying "the check is in the mail". Once your check is received and processed you will receive an email confirming your payment. The deadline date to pay by check is September 1.

Credit Card Payment - (Master Card or Visa) For those preferring to pay with credit card the cost is $97/person. The additional cost is to cover processing fees we will be charged. Please follow the 3-Step process described below. The deadline date to pay by credit card is September 8.
Cancellation Policy: cancellations received before September 13 will receive a full refund minus the processing fee for credit card payments. No refunds will be possible on or after September 13 as we will have committed to the number of meals we are ordering with Columbus House on that date. Refunds will be made by check.
